Education Requirements
When looking to apply candidates are required to have completed:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma
- Grade 12 Math at the College or University level (i.e.- algebra, calculus, functions)
“Math For Everyday Life” MEL4E or ACE Core Mathematics will not be accepted
NOTE: The old GEDs are accepted but if you have taken the new Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) test you will also have to obtain an accepted grade 12 math credit as the CAEC test does not cover grade 12 math.
We do not accept the following in regards to transcripts:
- College transcripts as a substitute for an official high school transcript or a grade 12 math credit.
- University transcripts as a substitute for an official high school transcript or a grade 12 math credit.
- A print out from ontariocolleges.ca as a substitute for an official high school transcript or a grade 12 math credit.
- Grade 11 math courses in lieu of a Grade 12 math credit.
- “Math for Everyday Life” MEL4E or ACE Core Mathematics will also NOT be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL BONUS COURSES MUST BE COMPLETED AT THE GRADE 11 OR 12 LEVEL AND PRINTED ON AN OFFICIAL AUTHORIZED HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT.
